At Gromit Unleashed Shop, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your fashion items, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure all fashion items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached to be eligible for a return.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, indicating whether you would like a refund or a different size.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items and use the provided return shipping label or address the parcel to our Gromit Unleashed distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
